I provide individualized expert confidential consultations. I am always happy to answer questions about herbs and supplements you might already be taking, as well as help you to develop a personalized plan of action.   You initiate the contact to determine the level of support you desire.

You can ask about any health related information. I have spent years studying, and continue to keep apprised of the most up to date information in the forum of wellness. I literally read hundreds of books each year, attend classes, seminars, review newsletters, journals and continue my education constantly.  I enjoy sharing  information that is within my scope of knowledge and frequently suggest alternative resources, free of charge.

People ask me why I do not charge for consultations and how I find enough hours in each day.  The reason is that I have walked in your shoes, I have paid thousands in consultation fees to no avail.  It was independant research, trial and error, enhanced with my education, that resulted in my expertise. 

Even though I am eteranally grateful to the individuals who provided me with a piece of the puzzle along the way, not any one individual that I consulted with provided the whole package, as I offer.  Since you have probably payed many others, trying to get well, I realize that if a consultation fee was involved, you may pass.  I do not want even a single person to pass over the opportunity for restored health because of yet another consultation fee.  If you read some of the information on the site, and have more questions, I make the time to help.  One person at a time, I strive to make a difference.
